We at Martin Sauna strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer returns and exchanges under the terms outlined below. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a full refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to one of these reasons, please contact us at info@MartinSauna.com with proof of the defect or damage, and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Procedure:
- Contact us at info@MartinSauna.com with details of the issue and proof (e.g., photos) of the damage or defect.
- We will provide instructions for the exchange process, including how to return the defective item and receive a replacement.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email info@MartinSauna.com to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.

Return the Item: After receiving return authorization, you will be provided with specific return instructions, including the address to which the item should be shipped. Please note that the return address may change based on the supplier.
- Use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless it’s a defective product or incorrect item.
- Receive Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges for Non-Defective Items
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or model, please initiate a return as per the instructions above and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not process direct exchanges for non-defective items.
5. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in the refund posting. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@MartinSauna.com.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
8. International Returns
If you are located outside of the United States, please note that international returns may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs duties, which are non-refundable.
