🔄 Martin Sauna Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase from Martin Sauna. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure clarity and a smooth resolution process.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us before sending any items back to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Leisurecraft/Dundalk saunas, including the Canadian Timber Collection
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Assembled or installed units
  • Opened accessories or parts

💰 Refunds

  • Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Fees May Apply:
    • Restocking Fee: Up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer
    • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return to process the refund

🛑 Cancellations

  • Free cancellation: Within 24 hours of placing your order
  • After 24 hours: Cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees (e.g., restocking or administrative fees), depending on the order status

📦 Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us at support@martinsauna.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue the appropriate refund minus any applicable fees
