A premium sauna is not an impulse purchase. You are choosing the heat experience, size, electrical requirements, materials, delivery method, installation plan and manufacturer you may live with for years.
That is why Martin Sauna is built around something larger retailers often struggle to provide: real human guidance before and after the sale.
Our promise is simple:
Expert Human Support — From First Question to First Sweat.
1. Help Choosing the Right Sauna, Not Just a Sauna
A two-person infrared sauna, a six-person outdoor traditional sauna and a hybrid cabin solve very different problems.
Before you order, we can help you think through:
- indoor vs. outdoor placement;
- infrared, traditional, hybrid or wood-burning heat;
- actual exterior and interior dimensions;
- bench layout and realistic capacity;
- electrical requirements;
- heater and controller options;
- weather exposure and material choices; and
- delivery and assembly requirements.
We would rather help you eliminate the wrong models before checkout than explain afterward why a sauna does not fit your space or electrical service.
If you are just starting, our Home Sauna Buying FAQs cover the questions customers ask most often.
2. Model-Specific Answers Before You Hire an Electrician
Electrical requirements vary widely. Some infrared saunas can use a dedicated 120-volt circuit, while larger infrared, traditional and hybrid models may require 240-volt service and professional electrical work.
We can help you identify the exact model requirements to share with your electrician before you commit to the purchase.
That is especially useful for outdoor installations, where distance from the electrical panel, trenching, disconnects and local requirements can affect the project.

3. Curbside Freight Explained Before the Truck Arrives
Large saunas normally do not arrive like a small parcel.
Qualifying sauna orders ship by freight within the contiguous United States, generally with curbside delivery. The carrier normally contacts you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Curbside delivery does not automatically mean placement inside your home, assembly, or removal from the truck for every oversized shipment. Model-specific requirements matter, and we want you to know them before delivery day.
We also remind customers to inspect the shipment before signing, photograph visible damage and note damage on the carrier paperwork.
That is not glamorous—but it is the kind of detail that matters when you are buying something large and expensive.
4. We Stay Involved After Checkout
Our job does not end when your order is placed.
We can help with:
- shipment and carrier questions;
- delivery expectations;
- product manuals and installation information;
- missing or damaged shipment questions;
- manufacturer coordination when appropriate; and
- product questions that come up after delivery.
If an issue needs manufacturer involvement, we help point you toward the correct warranty or support path rather than leaving you to guess.
5. Authorized Products and Manufacturer Warranty Information
Martin Sauna sells products sourced through manufacturer and authorized distribution relationships. Warranty terms vary by brand, model and component, so we do not pretend every sauna has the same coverage.
Before purchasing, review the warranty information on the product page or ask us to confirm the applicable manufacturer terms.
That is more useful than a vague promise of “full warranty” without explaining what is actually covered.
6. Straight Answers Instead of Sales Hype
Sauna shopping comes with a lot of marketing language: person ratings, EMF labels, wellness claims, “all-weather” descriptions and dramatic crossed-out prices.
Our approach is to focus on what can be verified for the specific model.
If a feature varies by model, we say so. If a health claim is based on observational research rather than proof of cause and effect, we say that too.
You are making a premium purchase. You should not have to decode the sales language first.
7. A Small Business That Is Reachable
Martin Sauna is intentionally hands-on.
You can call or email with a question before ordering. If you are comparing two models, tell us which ones. If you are worried about wiring, send the model and describe the planned location. If delivery is the sticking point, ask us what the freight process looks like for that sauna.
That kind of conversation is where a specialty retailer should earn its place in the purchase.
What Customers Remember
“The sauna I purchased works great, and I’m super happy. Always happy to recommend great service.”
That is the experience we are trying to build: not just a successful transaction, but a customer who feels looked after.
Start With the Sauna That Fits Your Life
You do not need to know every technical detail before you contact us. Tell us where the sauna will go, how many people will use it, whether you prefer infrared or traditional heat, and what you are trying to spend.
We will help you narrow the field.
