Infrared vs. Traditional Saunas – What’s the Difference?
Infrared saunas use infrared emitters and typically operate at lower air temperatures. Traditional saunas heat the room with an electric or wood-burning heater and sauna stones, creating the classic higher-temperature sauna experience.
