Return terms vary by brand. Leisurecraft/Dundalk sauna units, including the Canadian Timber Collection, are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. Finnleo Designer B 6KW Sauna Heater with Rocks

The Finnleo Designer-B 6.0 kW is a wall-mounted electric sauna heater for medium-size traditional sauna rooms. Finnleo’s installation manual sizes the 6.0B for approximately 175 to 310 cubic feet.

Room size first

For a conventional insulated wood sauna room, the 6 kW Designer-B sits in the middle of the Designer-B range. Calculate your finished room volume, then adjust for glass, tile, stone, masonry, or other uninsulated surfaces before selecting the heater.

Recommended room volume: 175–310 cu. ft.

Why choose the Designer-B?

  • Built-in controls: useful when you do not want or cannot use a separate wall-mounted controller.
  • 9+1 timer: one-hour operating zone plus a delay-start range of up to nine hours, according to the Finnleo manual.
  • Flexible control position: the control knobs can be located on the front or repositioned to either side before mounting.
  • Wall-mounted footprint: leaves more usable floor area in the sauna room.
  • 50-lb rock capacity: provides the stone mass for traditional sauna heat.

Electrical installation

The 6.0B is a permanently connected electric heater. Finnleo’s manual requires installation by a licensed electrician and provides model-specific wire, voltage, phase, and clearance requirements.

Do not size the heater by person count alone. Room volume and construction are more important.
