Free curbside freight delivery is standard for most sauna shipments. Saunas ship by freight carrier and are delivered curbside. Please inspect the packaging and product before signing the delivery receipt, note any visible damage on it, and contact us within 24 hours. Re-delivery charges may apply if no one is available during the scheduled delivery window. Read the shipping policy.

Installation requirements vary by product. Some 120V infrared saunas may use a dedicated household circuit, while many 240V saunas and heaters require professional electrical work. Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and local electrical and building codes.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with advance authorization from Martin Sauna, subject to the applicable manufacturer terms. Items must be unused and unassembled, in original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective, and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the manufacturer.
