The Harvia Spirit 9 kW extends the Spirit platform to larger residential sauna rooms while retaining its curved open-stone design and remote-capable safety system. Choose Xenio Wi-Fi or Fenix Wi-Fi control.

Do I need professional installation?

Infrared vs. Traditional Saunas – What’s the Difference?

Infrared saunas use infrared emitters and typically operate at lower air temperatures. Traditional saunas heat the room with an electric or wood-burning heater and sauna stones, creating the classic higher-temperature sauna experience. When the heater and manufacturer instructions allow it, water can be added to approved sauna stones for a brief increase in humidity.

Neither type is automatically better. The right choice depends on the heat experience you prefer, the installation, electrical requirements, and the specific model.
