Free curbside freight delivery is standard for most sauna shipments. Leisurecraft/Dundalk shipments require special handling when the crate exceeds 92 in. in length. These oversized crates cannot be unloaded with standard liftgate equipment, and the customer must arrange suitable unloading equipment or another approved unloading method. Storage, redelivery, or related carrier fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed as scheduled.

Installation requirements vary by product. Some 120V infrared saunas may use a dedicated household circuit, while many 240V saunas and heaters require professional electrical work. Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and local electrical and building codes.

Return terms vary by brand. Leisurecraft/Dundalk sauna units, including the Canadian Timber Collection, are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. Other eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days, subject to the applicable manufacturer terms, return-shipping costs, and restocking fees. Heater and installation planning
Palmer supports electric or wood-burning heater configurations. Leisurecraft lists 6 kW as its recommended electric heater size. The sauna-only price excludes a heater and paid accessories. Confirm the heater, required controls and stones, chimney components, clearances and electrical supply for your installation before ordering.
Assembly is required. Product photos may show optional equipment. Oil finishes, when ordered, are supplied for application after delivery rather than factory-applied.
Delivery and documentation
The manufacturer lists a sauna-crate weight of approximately 1,776 lb (805 kg); packaged weight varies with equipment. Confirm crate dimensions, access and unloading arrangements before shipment. Leisurecraft crates longer than 92 inches require customer-arranged unloading equipment or another approved method.
