Free curbside freight delivery is included on all orders in the contiguous U.S. Saunas ship by freight carrier and are delivered curbside. Please inspect the packaging and product before signing the delivery receipt, note any visible damage on it, and contact us within 24 hours. Warranty & returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with advance authorization from Martin Sauna, subject to the applicable manufacturer terms. Items must be unused and unassembled, in original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective, and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the manufacturer. Assembled or installed units and custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return. Please contact Martin Sauna before initiating any return. Read the full return policy.
