Free curbside freight delivery is standard for most sauna shipments. Leisurecraft/Dundalk shipments require special handling when the crate exceeds 92 in. in length. These oversized crates cannot be unloaded with standard liftgate equipment, and the customer must arrange suitable unloading equipment or another approved unloading method. Storage, redelivery, or related carrier fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed as scheduled.

Installation requirements vary by product. Some 120V infrared saunas may use a dedicated household circuit, while many 240V saunas and heaters require professional electrical work. Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and local electrical and building codes.

Contact Martin Sauna before ordering if you want the model-specific electrical or installation requirements.

Return terms vary by brand. Leisurecraft/Dundalk sauna units, including the Canadian Timber Collection, are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. Other eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days, subject to the applicable manufacturer terms, return-shipping costs, and restocking fees. Please contact Martin Sauna before initiating any return.

We’re an authorized dealer with direct manufacturer relationships. Before you buy, we’ll help you compare heat type, size, electrical needs and budget. After delivery, we stay your contact for documentation, manufacturer coordination and product questions.

Overview

Narvi NC 16 Black Woodburning Heater

The Narvi NC wood-burning sauna stove is built for people who care about both performance and design—not one at the expense of the other.

Its clean, minimalist form isn’t just for looks. The durable outer casing—available in matte black or stainless steel—resists corrosion and holds up in demanding sauna conditions. Subtle wooden handles add warmth and contrast, giving the stove a refined, Nordic feel that stands out without being loud.

Where it really earns its reputation is in how it performs. The thoughtfully engineered flue path increases heat transfer through the stones, helping the stove warm the sauna efficiently while making the most of your firewood. The result is a faster heat-up time and a steady, even temperature that produces the kind of soft, enveloping steam sauna enthusiasts look for.

Despite being a wood-burning unit, the Narvi NC is designed with relatively compact safety clearance requirements, making it easier to integrate into a variety of sauna layouts.

Each unit is handcrafted in Rauma, reflecting Finland’s deep-rooted sauna tradition and attention to detail. The end result is a stove that delivers an authentic, consistent sauna experience—quietly elevating the space it’s in.
