Free curbside freight delivery is included on all orders in the contiguous U.S. Leisurecraft/Dundalk shipments require special handling when the crate exceeds 92 in. in length. These oversized crates cannot be unloaded with standard liftgate equipment, and the customer must arrange suitable unloading equipment or another approved unloading method. Storage, redelivery, or related carrier fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed as scheduled.

Installation requirements vary by product. Some 120V infrared saunas may use a dedicated household circuit, while many 240V saunas and heaters require professional electrical work. Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and local electrical and building codes.

Return terms vary by brand. Leisurecraft/Dundalk sauna units, including the Canadian Timber Collection, are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. Other eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days, subject to the applicable manufacturer terms, return-shipping costs, and restocking fees. This Martin Sauna configuration pairs the Leisurecraft TimberGlow14 wood-burning sauna heater with a compatible Leisurecraft side-exit chimney system for approved sauna installations.

TimberGlow14 Heater

  • Manufactured by Leisurecraft in Canada.
  • Heavy-duty 3/16 in. steel firebox.
  • Designed to burn standard wood logs up to 16 in. long.
  • Large sauna-stone capacity for traditional steam sauna use.
  • Wood-fired operation does not require an electrical connection to produce heat.

Side-Exit Chimney Configuration

A wall/side-exit chimney routes the flue through the sauna wall rather than vertically through the roof. The exact chimney and shielding components must match the sauna model, heater placement, required clearances, and local code requirements.

Installation

Wood-burning sauna heaters must be installed on an appropriate non-combustible base with the required heat shielding and safety clearances. Chimney installation must follow Leisurecraft instructions and applicable local building and fire requirements.

Warranty

Leisurecraft currently lists a 5-year warranty for the TimberGlow heater, excluding the glass door, ash grate, and rocks. Leisurecraft chimney kits are also listed with a 5-year warranty.
